We are Cinzia&Nadia, in 2019 we conceived and created a new hospitality concept with the aim to make you feel @ home in an informal but professional environment. We re-opened on 1st of March 2019 in a new light. Fresh and renovated with a new brand, whose philosophy combines the tradition with a positive technology that simplifies your stay.

We speak 4 languages and personally take care of all the services dedicated to making your stay a pleasant one. We love our job and put our heart into it. We aim to convey a familiar and welcoming environment paying careful attention to details and being constantly available for your requests and information. Upon arrival, you will also find our contact-info in order to reach us via WhatsApp or by phone in case of need, especially in the evening and nighttime when we are not present on site.

We like it simple. Thus we address all our guests with the informal "Du - tu".

That does not mean that we do not appreciate you - in fact we do very much. If you do not like that, simply inform us.

For all travellers who want to spare time!
@ home there is no conventional check-in required. Prior to arrival you will receive a request to complete an online check-in for each member. Your room number and access code to open the keysafe will be sent automatically to you via SMS / Whatsapp till 3 p.m.

For all travellers who prefer a classic check in!
Cinzia&Nadia will be glad to welcome you.

It’s important to have your estimated time of arrival till 1 day prior arrival. This is the only way we can organize your @ Home check in with us

@HOME Parking

We have 10 parking spaces in front of the entrance at your disposal. Feel free to park without worries. They are free of charge and upon availability.

A reservation in advance is not possible, the rule is  „first come first served“. Alternatively right in the adjacent street in Via Morley, you find a covered parking at fair rates starting from CHF 0.20 / hour and Sundays free of charge. 🚗

Ticino Ticket

Don’t miss it! All guests staying in hotels, youth hostels or campsites in the Canton receive the Ticino Ticket upon arrival.
It is valid until the end of the day of departure. The Ticino Ticket allows tourists to use all public transportation free of charge and offers advantages on the access to cable cars, navigation and main tourist attractions.
Do not forget to ask about the code upon arrival.
The bus stop to Ascona is in front of hotel door in via San Gottardo. 🚌🚂

A special and rich breakfast awaits you @ Kitchen every day from 8.00am to 10:30 am. Prepared for all tastes with passion and attention to details, you can choose between hot and cold dishes, bread and brioches, fresh fruit and a wide selection of hot drinks. Easy Check Out

Every adventure comes to an end. We kindly inform you to leave your room before 11:00 a.m. or to ask for a late check-out supplement.

An official check-out is not required. You will receive the invitation for the check out online via mail or, if you prefer, we can send you the invoice on the same day via email.

Do not forget to give us the Key, we are happy to say arrivederci and collect your impressions about your stay. 🌹

At Vivo Bistro' we want you to feel at home. Chef Mario's dishes are based on tradition, on simple ingredients, where the main focus is on taste and well-being at the table. The concept of Vivo Bistrò starts with family dinners, days spent in the kitchen with grandma and dinners with friends. Our strong point is fresh homemade pasta drawn through bronze and the reinterpretation of traditional dishes in a modern and original way. We will not disappoint you! 🍷
